Is the A- rating just some kind of ironic joke at this point? Doesn't the episode with the Land of Chocolate flashback just get an automatic A? Can an AV Club writer not allow themselves fully to being unabashedly enthusiastic about anything?

The Strokes are fashion industry trust fund babies, where does the gang member vibe come from? I don't know how, short of mindlessly accepting their press releases as gospel, the Strokes were ever regarded as some kind of saviors of rock and roll. Mediocre muzak version of garage rock at best.
