I've been trying to make my poblano cream sauce pasta for almost a week now but things keep interfering. I already roasted the poblanos and I'm wondering if they're still good. I think I'll just roast and peel some new ones. Poblanos are cheap and I don't mind standing over the grill with them.

If you can find sablefish (black cod) it is worth it. It really isn't like any other fish I've had. Flaky yet rich. I bet salmon was a good fit for the that recipe though.
