I loved her on Flight of the Conchords, and love her on The Daily Show.  Here, they haven't figured out quite what to do with her, as someone pointing out how crazy things are at the office isn't particularly needed.

Yeah.  I kept waiting for Schmidt to show he was faking it to make a point with the roommates (or Cece) but sadly did not happen.

common phrases to change the meaning (Please to Meet You becomes Please
to Meet Me, All Shook Up becomes All Shook Down, and Can Hardly Wait
becomes the opposite.)

Definitely agree Bendis has seemed burned out on Avengers for a long stretch now.  His new Ultimate Spidey is so fantastic, and Powers has started up again and is still great, so it's hard to believe it's the same guy.

And here I thought the first two issues were the best.  I thought they had enough beloved characters to work with (Wolverine, Beast, Ice Man, Kitty, and even Quentin) that they didn't need to introduce half a dozen more new ones to split the focus.

For what it's worth, this would not have been the White House Correspondents'  Dinner that Colbert spoke at.  This is a smaller event.  The president doesn't always bother to go.

Yeah, it's an earlier one.  Winston has had a (somewhat) more defined character in the more recent episodes.  Or at least a lot more bizarre/quirky jokes that I enjoy.

So getting to be world famous, on the cover of magazines, star in a hugely seen movie, and then have it all go away by age 9 is an easy experience for a child to go through?

NPH was 17 when Doogie went on the air.  That's a very different experience.
