I wonder if Moriarty has already been cast. I know someone who knows someone who says Moriarty was not cast for the finale. And a friend pointed out that the voice on the phone was very similar to the voice of Sherlock's friend/actor Allistair—the man who pretended to be his father to Joan in Flight Risk.

I respectfully disagree with the overall grade of this episode. If last week's deserved an A-, this certainly ranks higher than a B.
