Freddie Lounds may actually be a psychopath. It's hinted at in episode 6 where she, Jack Crawford, Alana Bloom and Will Graham meet at her office. I think they were talking about fields/careers that attract psychopaths.

Quick question for you: how does this show compare to the Following? (I watched the first half of the pilot episode for the Following  and wasn't impressed to stay on. Still, I'd appreciate your opinion if you've watched both series.)

It's funny you referenced Miami Metro PD. Out of those two shows focused on serial killers (Hannibal, Dexter), I think I actually prefer this show much more.
