Agreed with your top pick - I was rooting for Joanie, but I couldn't be mad when Danielle won.  And also, Jade was hilarious.  That might be my favorite season.

I really should have DVRd it so I could zip through everything that wasn't dancing, but I just didn't want to wait.  I must have been extra schmoopy last night for some reason, as all of the tearjerker dancers/stories made me tear up. Even exorcism guy, despite not really getting what he was supposed to be doing.

This album is never going to be near the top of the list for me, but it's got some great highlights, mainly Life and How To Live It, which is just great, awesome and fantastic.  So glad I got to hear it live last time I saw them.

She's definitely awful.  I hated that whole storyline.

I didn't care one whit about her, but I was really hoping that she'd tell off Barney about what a dick he was to her about her job.  But no, she went and quit her job to please him.  What a dimwit.

I wasn't able to suspend my disbelief that an actual Broadway show would pick Karen over Ivy … but I could sort of somewhat buy it within the show, at least a tiny bit.  But probably only because the musical numbers were so great.   (But of course were better when Ivy sang them.)  Thought the new song at the end was…

Yeah, I'd already soured on the show and was waffling about watching after this season, but this bizarre two-parter made my decision a lot easier.  I'm tired of all the twists and "but who is it" puzzles.  It would be different if the show still made me laugh at least more than once every 2 or 3 episodes, but nope.

I'll miss Alisha, if only because I'll miss hearing Nigel pronounce my same name on TV in his sexy voice. (And yes, I get a cheap thrill out of hearing people say "Alicia" on The Good Wife, too.)
