I love how this trailer NAILS the look of the the original trilogy - the whole
late '70s/early '80s film aesthetic. The opening shot with John Boyega
suddenly appearing into frame looks like it could have some straight out
of A New Hope.

This episode sure earned that TV-14 for Violence, and it was pretty freaking bloody and dark (the brutal surgery/evisceration of Skye's mom - ugh - and the brutal, deadly revenge towards Christian Ward). It will be interesting to see if more episodes in the future get a TV-14, since this was the first episode of the

Agent Rough Sibling Abuse

I fucking love this movie. The scene where Dennis Quaid saves the girl and avoids dying in the warehouse thanks to the instructions of Future Jim Caveziel is one of my all-time favorite movie scenes - the cinematography and musical score in that scene is superb.

Ward is totally the Hannibal Lecter to Skye's Clarice Starling this season…I'm loving it.

Agent Will Blow Up If You Fuck With Him

Agent Escapes Custody Easily

So…where is the review of last night's episode of The Walking Dead? Is it super late, or has The A.V. Club discontinued coverage of it (very doubtful, considering it seems to be very highly commented on)?

This show is so freaking good now - if you had told me that this show would eventually be incredibly entertaining and awesome during S1E05, I would have laughed in your face. What an remarkable turnaround! Everything post-Captain America: The Winter Soldier has been a blast.

Agent Helpful Exposition

You're a bad person.

FLAWLESS LOGIC

Damn good episode. Those were a BRUTAL 38 minutes or so in Terminus, though.

Agent Beardy McTraitorson

"Must learn to drive."

Whores get nothing!

FUCK. This bums me out. :(

Hey, I liked this episode! Definitely not worth a D - I'd give it at least a B/B-.

Best episode of the season by far - the Fangtasia flashbacks were actually a lot of fun.
