Don Draper - two takes on happiness:
The mosquito bites (courtesy of the same crew who made the giant snowflakes in "The Doorway") might well have been fake, but Roger's shoulder bites were not; just ask Daisy.
Korbie - sorry to hear that.
Tilden Katz - you're joking, right? Mona's no dummy. There'll be no second show.
@ Origami Rose: Paging Luke and Laura. STAT!
I don't think Greg wants anything to do with Kevin or Joan. When Joan kicked him out Kevin had already been born, and Greg said something like: "If I leave now, I'm not coming back."
The siren sound tied both scenes together, but no. The path to the nearest hospital from Peggy and Abe's Upper West Side apt. would not have been past the Drapers' East 70's pad.
The Crystals, Ella Fitzgerald, Little Anthony and the Imperials, and others - e.g., see AMC's "Music From Mad Men" blog postings, seasons 1-5 (http://blogs.amctv.com/mad-…, and they're likely working on season 6.
@ Betty Draper - RE: Joan has a terrible eye…
Every kid's thrilled when both estranged parents are together and seem to be getting along.

@Axes - "Betty smiling and chatting with Henry over breakfast, after they'd just spent the night together; how'd she become the expert at this sort of thing?"
Arlene said "status quo ante bellum". [Merriam-Webster definition: "the state existing before the war".] What a relief, since Arlene's behavior during her visit was so "Munich".
Abe's a budding Emile Calvet. We see how happy Marie/Megan are with a husband/father like him. Megan to Don: "My father's got his Marx, you've got your bottle."
Rewatching this ep. raised several questions:
It was no accident that Ginz hit Stan's arm in the exact same spot where Harry punched Stan in Season 2 ("A Little Kiss"), after Stan set Harry up to describe what he'd do to Megan, when Megan was standing right behind Harry. Likely, in hiting Stan with the Exacto knife, Ginz was acting out some frustration he had…
I don't disagree that Melfi made bad choices or that Don Draper and Tony/Livia Soprano are loathsome individuals. And I absolutely admire Dr. Krakaower. At the same time, I don't discount Melfi's observation that Tony/Livia Soprano engaged in splitting, just because she made poor choices.
The should call in Bob…he's an expert at buttering people up.
@ Nellie Bluth: And he'd pity the fool who did.
I liked Rachel, too. But she's too good for Don and her sleeping with a married man and lying to her girlfriend (by saying nothing had happened yet) were dragging her down. I'm glad she got out early.
