Actually, it was "You're much prettier than your predecessor", which is a little more on-the-nose but much funnier.

I have to agree with the disappointment here, I think. The episode lacked focus and there were too many implausible things going on for me to really enjoy myself. Like, what was the deal with the sun thing? Was that just to lure Peter and Olivia to the satellites so that Jones could think he was going to kill Peter

I agree. But mine's not an entirely informed opinion, since I stopped watching at "Swan Song". I thought it was such a great conclusion, for the most part, and the story felt pretty complete there. I have no need for Season 6, 7 and now 8, really. (Although I did watch The French Mistake, which was HI-larious.)

Fuck the Big Bang Theory. /originalsentiment

I missed the opening minutes of this episode. Why was Emily charging Nolan's house and threatening him at the beginning?

Chloe's "I…have…" made me lol. I don't think Krysten Ritter is a great comedic actress (everything she does and says is a bit too over-the-top), but somehow that works for her here.

God dammit, I don't know why but I really don't want to like this show. I tune in every week to see if I can finally snap out of liking it (I don't even know why, but something about liking this show bothers me - maybe it's the title), but it just makes me laugh. It's funny. I can't help it. I think it's won me over

Ha, yes. Loved that line.

I like it. More of the same, for sure, but that's all TGA really is and I'm decidedly ok with that. As long as they stay fun, I'm in.

God, it seems like this show has been on forever, I'm surprised it's only officially in Season 4. I remember hearing about it at least 5 years ago.

Concentrate and Ask Again got a C+, which is the only C-grade in Season 3, but there are also more B-s, like "Amber 31422", "6B", and "Os". Season 4 only has one ("Alone in the World").

There's no reason to think they'd be in the exact same place since many of them seem to have travelled halfway across the planet to do their bit.

Yeah, I don't think they could have rounded up all of them in six hours, they were all over the world and in some really remote locations. How would they know where all of them are? Same issues go for killing them, along with all of the other obvious problems with that plan.

Looking at the grades this season, it's easily the strongest (from the letters only, whether you think that actually reflects the show overall is another story entirely). It's the only one without a single C-grade (so far, but I would be shocked if either finale episode gets anything below an A-), and Nothing as it

I think, knowing that his plan involved collapsing the two universes using the connection between them, they made a decision that's logical from their point of view, even if they didn't consider every possible twist in his plan.

I think the bridge room is set up geographically, so literally one side of the room is Earth-1 and the other is Earth-2. I don't think the machine can just pick and choose people based on which universe they're "from" and send them off wherever.

I also liked the kind of poetic parallel between perennial outsiders Peter and Lincoln, and how they both found their right Olivia on the other side of where they're "supposed" to be. It's kind of beautiful in a way I can't put my finger on.

And I agree with all of the other comments. This was one of John Noble's finest hours on the series, and literally every single one of his hours has been excellent. The fact that he hasn't seen Emmy recognition is an absolute crime.

Many including myself have speculated that the Observers actually populate the new united universes in 2015. How we get to that point is still a mystery, so I'm happily unsure of what's going to happen in the next two weeks.
