Loved it, absolutely loved it. Possibly the best episode of the season. Hilarious comedy and compelling drama (when did the show get good at that?), and that speech by Leslie at the end was positively uplifting. Poehler did fabulous job on this one (she wrote and directed, right?), and so did everyone for that matter.

I think Fringe is the better show but Lost was infinitely more entertaining with all of its twists and turns and theorizing - that's no knock against Fringe, I don't think any show has had or will have the same live-viewing experience as Lost did right up to the end. But I think Fringe will have the better legacy.

Absolutely!

Also, this retroactively makes last week's episode better, because the fifth season is an expansion and conclusion to all of the story threads it set up! GOOD NEWS RIPPLING INTO THE PAST, THAT'S SO FRINGE

This news made my day. No, my month. I'm so, so so happy I can't even.

Somebody (Emily, probably) said that if they found Jack's DNA on the hoodie, they could link it back to the time that Lee attacked him.

Yeah, this was just alright. "What a weird fair. A lot of weird booths, at that weird fair…" line got me loling though.

Implausible as the timing may be, I was pretty impressed with how all the pieces were moved in place for the whole hoodie situation without making it obvious how it was going be resolved, and then basically taking care of the whole thing in one key move. That was some very clever plotting.

Brown Betty was the 19th episode of the second season, it's listed as 20th because they crammed the unaired Season 1 episode "Unearthed" into the middle of the season. As far as I'm concerned, it's the 19th.

Arya is not the littlest Stark! You're forgetting about Rickon. Just like everybody else, ever.

@avclub-92a4841c9f86965effbc29fa6eae9f77:disqus I really don't think there's any reason why they'd have made a decision a month and a half ago and not said anything. There's no benefit to them sitting on it. And yes, the late-addition possible, but again, why? It's fun to think of these things but it doesn't make much

So unlikely. This was filmed months ago, long before they'd be certain of a renewal, and even still they wouldn't have an actual premiere date set. If anything it's a bit of an easter egg towards a *possible* premiere date for a *possible* fifth season.

I thought about this too, and I think that they wanted to live in the merged universe that DRJ is going to bring about, probably.

Yeah, I'm certain Nina mentioned Bell's death earlier in the season in her office. I think it was around Episode 13/14, but I can't be sure.

Ugh. Really? Still?

@TheDosemasterGeneral:disqus Many thanks. I swear I've tried that method before and it hasn't worked.

…tell me what that means and how to fix it.

@avclub-ad8fd4291fac0d1d7dbfe8d4c83c467e:disqus Yes, but it's an exclusive, invite-only kind of thing. Ask your friends?

Oh, also: "But I still wonder what he wants with Olivia, then, and her Cortexiphan powers. Maybe he wants humans in his new world, but only humans elevated by Cortexiphan? Could we see a return of the Cortexikids?"
