Poor Mrs. Drewe! She really cared for Marigold, this baby from nowhere, and what's her thanks for being crapped on by both Edith and her husband? No doubt Mr. Drewe is sleeping with the pigs tonight.

No kidding. You know Edith's going to give Marigold back the minute she needs a diaper change.

Well, I'm not sure that Robert's always right - hasn't he bankrupted Downton more than once?

Of course, way back then, Branson may not have been too civilized to tell Miss Bunting to stop being such a poisonous windbag.

Besides, how will they work it - don't the Drewes have custody of Marigold? What is Edith going to do- just run out of the Drewes' house with Marigold tucked under her arm?

Yeah, I'm having a hard time sympathizing with Edith, also. If she could have just owned it somehow, even with some obvious lie, "she just followed me home, can I keep her?" - and does it really matter if anyone at Downton approves? Time to move out already! Rosamund probably wouldn't have minded the company.

Miss Lane Fox wins - run, run far away and take me with you! Tell all those Mary groupies where to get off!

Couldn't agree more! Has it even been decided that it was murder and not an accident?
