That's the fanwank theory. Generally held by superfans that can't just get over the idea that the writers suck sometimes, especially when writing women. You are giving them far too much credit.

Show has entered Heroes and Dexter territory in that I watch just so see how low can they go. It's fitting that the lookout guy gets killed by a stealth zombie when earlier in the season he also failed to spot an entire HERD of stealth zombies.
