Remember, 50 "no"s and a "yes" means "yes".

Paulina Porizkova is still the only model that I give two shits about. Smart, funny, self-deprecating, married to a weird-looking rock star. It's a shame her acting career never really took off.

This is what I came here to post. The best thing about this episode is all the future episodes it sets up, including Luthor's endgame master plot and Amanda Waller's moment of badassery as she deals with it.
@avclub-52daa17a306006563a5361c316f87c7b:disqus I've had little patience for Skyler since she ignored her divorce attorney's very sensible advice. But her finally unleashing on her narcissistic asshole of a sister had me rooting for her for once.

Finally delved back into Breaking Bad, after watching the first season and then abandoning it. S'allright. Jesse says "bitches" and "yo" waaay too much.

You could argue that Will and Sloan have an established mentor relationship at this point. Also, Sloan isn't a trained journalist. Getting the truth of a very important story was more important to her than the ethics of off-the-record journalism.

Professionally, it was probably mostly boring. Just a lot of waiting around. Maybe like a local election night, where everyone knows the results but they're just waiting for the polls to close so they can announce it.

All of Sorkin's love triangles are like staplers in my eyes. They drag every show down. And this show has two of the worst.

This episode came so close to being inoffensive, but then Don just had to ask Sloan about his girlfriend. Sigh. At least the person who inappropriately prioritizes/obsesses/freaks out over their personal relationships at work is a guy for once.

Lindsey Weir being seduced in one afternoon by the meandering guitar noodling of the Grateful Dead is the most laughable moment of the series. Only flaw in an otherwise flawless show.

Interesting. Because this is the first episode that made me wish for her death by season's end. Maybe it was the racist condescension as she lectured Skyler on her car wash business. Or maybe it was the false show of concern as she nosed into Skylar's smoking habits. But there was something about that car wash scene…
