I hate to nitpick about the sci-fi details, but why did Serenity stop moving? Inertia should have kept it going even if the engine stopped functioning. Normally this show depicts space really well, so this bothers me.

I totally agree about Tarrlok. His blood-bending dad was mean to him, so now he's really into racism against non-benders? Right up until the last episode I thought he must have been lying about something.

I felt the same way about that Asami and Mako scene. It makes some sense that he'd want to protect her, having not seen her in action yet, but why did she back down so easily? She's probably better at fighting than the bending brothers.
