the episode lasted the whole day though? how old is she now, no older than two or three maximum and im pretty certain you cant leave them for very long at all at that age? either theres a nanny in the house or someone took the baby away for the day and then brought it back

Ok but where on earth was Meredith's 3rd child this whole episode? Its lately becoming the most unrealistic part of the show for me the way her children seem to never ever be in her home
