I was fairly certain the wig wouldn't be around next season, especially as they announced the Wig as one of the characters in the new spin-off (I mean, who/what ISN'T in it).

Yeesh Katie, you never miss an opportunity to rag on poor Greg from accounting. The guy has enough problems as it is and, sure, can be pretty annoying at times, but he's just trying to escape from his dead-end home life and fit in. Tom in marketing, however, is an asshole — I swear to God if he does that Shatner

I'm sold if an entire poker scene is played wordless except for Wendell looking one by one at his cards and going "Sheeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiit".

When it all boils down, however, Warner Bros. will never be able to match the Disney hype machine when it comes to movies. They should stick to their strong points with Animation (the shorts, too) and their CW shows to build the brand. They will never get the same brass ring Disney caught in the movie realm.

I loved the blocking of the two final group scenes: you have the trio of Team Slade with the leader expressing his superiority in his darkened headquarters juxtaposed by the trio of Team Arrow with the leader embracing his faults in a bright space.

I have to admit that previous to watching either shows, I thought SHIELD would be the sci-fi show I'd look forward to weekly and Almost Human would be the dull one, spooling out bad plots. It has now turned out the opposite is true, I'd miss Almost Human if it doesn't get renewed.

Well, my memory is fuzzy, but at the time, Swamp Thing was getting redefined and we got Watchmen, which was a giddy experience having to wait a month for each new chapter. DC's non-regular stories were great (and I miss my Jim Arpo Batman). In what feels like a million years later, my daughter is now reading a book

*stands up from bleachers, starts clapping slowly, rest of the school rises in waves and joins in raucous applause*

    Well, one gets the munchies.

As a Torontonian, I can attest that his favourite magic comes from the mushrooms.

I'd rather see Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul get their minds blown by the magic of Jeff Dunham. "Yeah Bitch, Speaking Stuffed Toys!"

My experiences with comics and the excitement of the coming the New Universe line was very similar to Jason Heller's. The change for me started when I was hit with an epiphany that Star Brand was basically Green Lantern. The first casualty of my fey experience picking up all the similarities to other properties was

I'm betting STAR Labs has something to do with The Flash showing up later in the season. Given the "real world" style of universe they are building, the accelerator is they only thing that would make sense for Barry's (Wally's?) powers.

have to admit, never liked Disney until I became a Dad and went to Florida; now one of my favourite times of the week is when my daughter and I sit down to watch a new Mickey Mouse.

Damn you Will Harris; you get me interested and hooked on a show I can watch with (and I think appreciate more than) my kids and now I find out it's likely cancelled.

Yes, I support this, but 'The Wire' Elba or 'Luther' Elba?

We need to find whomever is responsible for 'the Californians' and have an internet vote to replace them with a cat.

I hate procedurals, and I have to acknowledge that I often avoid this network because it pumps out procedurals in a variety of candy coatings for different tastes. So, I first watched this to rag on how bad it was going to be compared to my love for the BBC series, but dangit all, JLM and the writing won me over. I

That WOULD explain an number of his reviews…
