I think you can number of times Michael Patrick Jann speaks throughout the entire series on one hand.

God, I loved this show as a kid when it aired on Fox. The one I remember had something to do with his neighbor's kid having a crush on a girl and it had musical numbers in it. The climax had them rearranging the letters on the Hollywood sign to spell her name (Holly Woo?) And there was a scene in a classroom in which…

I loooooooove this song, mostly because the second verse is just the Big Bopper going, "But-but-but-but" over and over again. It's a puckish confluence of delightful and terrible songwriting, so we don't have to!

Curmudgeons getting laid? Whatever Works!

There's also Malvert from Student Bodies, aka The Stick. For a brief, wondrous moment I thought that was who was on Runway.

Cute little Kevin also directs many episodes of Party On, which is fantastic.

I don't but I am sad this movie is getting bad reviews. This is because I went to college with Paul Rust and performed at No Shame with him many a time, and I hope he is still able to do well. I think he'll be fine, though, considering he's in Inglorious Basterds as well.

Next author for Gateways to Geekery: Terry Pratchett.

Aimee Bender writes a great short story, and of course Stephen King.

Agreed. Larry Miller, Allison Janney, David Krumholtz, Stiles, Ledger, Gordon-Levitt… It's one of those movies that isn't great but has a cast that elevates it above the material.

YOU DIDN'T THINK THEY COULD HATE YOU, NOW, DID YA?
Also, I believe I have seen that Jeff Garlin stand-up concert, and it was very funny. Netflix ahoy!

It's a sad commentary when millions of dollars are thrown at Michael Bay to make a shitty robot car movie when car manufacturers are going out of business.
Not to mention robot manufacturers.

For some reason, these comments really turned me on.

Not to mention Carter Burwell. I pikced up the Being John Malkovich soundtrack for the Bjork song, and found I really enjoyed the rest of the music, and the score to Fargo is so gorgeous it hurts me.
Hurts me!

DO NOT TRUST THE BEES! THEY KILLED MACAULAY CULKIN!

Does the Wilco doc pre-date the death of Jay Bennett, or is that addressed? That guy really deserves a doc of his own.

Casey Tatum?

Not even with slave money?

You think everybody looks like Arsenio Hall, even white people. You're an equal-opportunity racist!

I just came here to say: "Baby on Board, something something, Burt Ward."
