I actually agree with you about the first two Toy Story movies. After the heights Pixar reached with The Incredibles and Wall-E, Toy Story 2 and especially 1 seem primitive. However, I'd rank Toy Story 3 with the best of them - maybe not #1 since it relied on established characters, but still really damned good.

I can't get on board with that. As someone who bought every season of Community on DVD, listened to all the commentaries, browsed Channel 101 since 2006, and have listened to every Harmontown podcast multiple times - the dude has never written anything on the level of Toy Story 3.

That, sir or madame, is a failure of the Grammys.  Dexy's doesn't fail, the world fails to live up to them. Since we know Dexy's Midnight Runners can't fail, that apparent failure must be attributable to some other factor - for example, the well-known fact that the Grammys fucking suck.
