People give Seth Meyers a lot of shit as WU host, but he usually gets in at least one Norm-esque line delivery a night and it always kills me

Agreed about the Last Call sketch. I think the Hotel Checkout sketch was probably better written, but Last Call was the non-Lincoln highlight of the night for me. Louis tossed off the lines revealing his desperation in a way that played really well, like "And you've got your limbs, all of them".

Didn't occur to me until you mentioned it, but yeah the role of the customer was definitely more "Louie"-ish. To the degree that I can't imagine why they wouldn't do the roles the other way around.

I love Adventure Time, but I can't imagine a show based entirely around Lemongrab being anything other than incredibly grating. His first episode was brilliant, but even 'You Made Me' was a bit too far for me - though god help the writers for trying.

@avclub-ca4fc44a59d0201cc7d4f760153cb00c:disqus I read that in Dan Harmon's voice and it made way too much sense.

@avclub-ea93d61158b479315c8e0d4cd003ec35:disqus It's the term Harmon & co used for episodes of Community that they didn't consider standouts. The idea is that a good sitcom is like pizza, and even bad pizza is delicious.
