24. As a kid, I made it through Hey, Arnold and stopped a few episodes into CatDog (around the time we got Cartoon Network). As an adult I don't even think I can even make it through an episode of either. I'm pretty sure Kablam would hold up well, considering what the main characters names are in reference to.

That's the first episode that made me realize what kind of schedule they were working on. Nothing in the commercial was in the actual episode.

I first saw South Park in the fourth grade, right at the start of the second season. Not that interesting, but there's actually a funny (I hope) pop-culture story surrounding it. I was big on watching Nick at Nite at time, and absolutely freaked when TV Land came out. I begged my mom to get it (???). One day, she

Wow. I didn't realize those were actual scenes. I first saw them at the end of the "Special Edition" VHS and assumed, because they laid it down so heavy, that those were just filmed afterwards. I agree, best scenes.

@Robert Plant- Maybe when you get a little older you'll realize grown up relationships go deeper than just "hate," thus the theory of the double meaning.

I was going to mention "no children," but as a bizarre counterpoint. Everything about it sounds sad, but one can argue that you don't waste your time saying all that if you actually hated them. Still sad, I guess, but born from a different feeling than you'd originally suspect.

Well, yeah, it WAS twenty years ago…
