I think the three will be Shirley, Carlos, and Louis. Nina's been really good but I think she's been relying on execution more than concept. And I think it's going to take more than making pasta perfectly.

I don't see the love for Stephanie. Some of there dishes were good, but not winner-worthy. And her woe-is-me insecurity got old really quick. And Nicholas is so inconsistent - sometimes he's worthy, other times you wonder why he didn't get booted in week 2. I think it's Nina, Carlos, and Louis at the end.

I too thought the pre-made noodles would doom him. Legit ramen is long process. I made it for my blog once and it got a shout out on Bon Appetits site (yes that's the sound of my hand patting my back). That recipe took 3 days to make and his doing it in the short time is impressive. That all said, Travis sucks.

I have no problem with him being smug. It's a competition and, unless he's hiding something, he's not in the top tier so he'll take any advantage he can get.
