Nope. That was his brother's house.

Perfect!

See, I have the opposite problem. I keep seeing cards that are "you were always there to support me" and "you're the best dad EVER".

I know seeing him live is best, but just walking to work listening on my head phones makes me want to daaaaance.

Also, Texas in the summer. Oof.

Not a bad idea. I'm also going to say the address over and over again until I get a passable French accent down so the cabby will know what I'm saying.

Listen to WWOZ to get the scoop on shows going on in the city, or if you see a street musician you like, ask them if they have any gigs in the evening or if they have a recs for bands to see.

Pretty much all King Khan albums, all the time.

If you like music, please try to go out and see as much of it as possible. It is everywhere in the city, and there are so many talented people that just show up to play any random dive on any given night.

We booked our trip to Paris this fall! I've never been anywhere outside of the US, with the exception of Canada. My husband and I were never those kids who had a "bumming around Europe" phase, and now as an adult I feel like it's a big accomplishment that we have saved and planned for this trip.

I was out across town for the entire day into the night, first at a bridal shower and then at a social engagement. This resulted in me hating the guts of one of my best friends, staying out way later than I

I don't like Rushmore either! That has more to do with my irrational hatred of Jason Schwartzman, though. That guy needs a punch in the mouth.

I definitely think there are a lot of his movies that are not accessible to non-fans or the uninitiated. I think Moonrise Kingdom may be one of them. I, even as a fan of his previous work, thought Wes Anderson had out-Wes Andersoned himself with that one.

I was a huge theater nerd as a kid, and I just loved musicals. I hadn't been to one in years, and then ended up buying tickets to see West Side Story with my mom for her birthday. She was thrilled to go, and I was looking forward to it as well because it was something that I really enjoyed as a kid.

My pop culture blind spots are vast, but I'd have to say that my most recent one would be my intense dislike of Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom. I love The Life Aquatic and The Royal Tenenbaums, but I feel like the only person in the world who was entirely annoyed and creeped out by MK. Maybe it's just because
