Eh, I could almost see there being a case for counselors (if they're closer to psychologists than psychiatrists) being separate from the medical department.
And now I want to imagine a version of 'His Way' that was a cracked homage to 'Crossfire.'
I assume you meant avclubawards.com
I don't know myself. Maybe it was the fact that it was the last 2D version of the game that makes it stay memorable?
Once you go spoon, you'll be back soon?
She's a useful concept, ill-used and ill-written.
Presumably, either the writers forgot… or Guinan doesn't want any official records of having replicated real alcohol.

There's a side of me that wonders if they could've done more Garak/Ezri episodes (or at least scenes). It'd be a more realistic depiction of a mental health professional to have continuing sessions, and more Garak is generally good.
I don't mind that they didn't. I don't think Kira's the type for speechifying, rather than just getting things done.

Oddly enough, for some reason he's wearing blue on his 'spoon' back in 'Way of the Warrior', which we've only seen on Cardassian women before and since.
I thought this talk on UA232, given by the captain of the airliner, was pretty interesting:

With the Tzenkethi episode, wasn't the Defiant told that there'd been a coup - in which case, information might well be sparse or nonexistent?
Which might be why they're willing to send off a changeling on [what seemed to be] a suicide mission (Bashir-changeling trying to blow up the Bajoran sun), and on incredibly dangerous long-term deep-cover infiltration missions in general - to the ocean, losing a drop here or there is insignificant.
