Not quite on topic, but I think Robin Olds could make an interesting subject for a biopic.

I think she spent at least some of that time on the short-story collection she put out. Also, I heard there'll be a BBC miniseries adaptation of Strange & Norrell.
But yeah, I'd love to see a sequel.

What if a comic embraced the idea of a series of states? Go for a picaresque approach, perhaps, or something a bit more like an anthology than a single continuous narrative? You could get different takes on the same story - different art, different plot twists, different characterizations - or just interesting new

They certainly sold much better. Comics in the '50s and '60s regularly sold several million copies; these days, the top-selling comic books sell, what, 250,000 or so? I'm not entirely sure on the numbers, but still…

I first heard stuff from Homestar back in middle school, maybe early in high school - but I didn't know the context, and just thought it was some weird (but funny) stuff. Wasn't until I got my first computer of my own that I discovered it.
