Agreed. His manner of speaking is so unsettling, it's like he's got carefully concealed rage boiling constantly under the surface.

Let's just make this a Swedish full circle, shall we?

I have always found the sardonic tone of that intro to be interesting/entertaining. This ep's was no exception. I won't ruin it by attempting to paraphrase it.
I think it's been a great show since Day One, but it definitely hit its stride in season 2. Look up the episode "What Makes Sammy Run?" I still get chills thinking of Shawn Hatosy's performance in that one. Absolutely heartbreaking.
Thank you! Knew I recognized him for some random reason.
Reading it in his voice makes it all that much better
He seems like a poor-man's Russell Brand to me, and that's not really saying a lot, is it?
Agreed on the "oddly great" front. This show does introspective better than many others. The flashback scenes are some of the best (the "Nothingman" one being an absolute gem), and are used sparingly enough to leave one always wishing for more. This episode's were no exception.
If anyone could out-Satan Stormare, it's Goggins.
It's worth it for the Chiwetel Ejiofor/Keira Knightley/Andrew Lincoln vignette.

The lack of Gillian/Richard confrontation was the only disappointment in this great episode, IMO. I'm not sure how that could've been done without being heavy-handed, though, so I trust that the writers had good reason to leave it out. Who knows, maybe it'll be a deleted scene on the DVD release.

Agreed. I've always enjoyed Lansky as a character, and the performance is pretty fun to watch. He's like, the "gangster next door". Seems like a pretty affable guy despite his business dealings.

If that was Jimmy's gun, that is one hell of an awesome detail.

@HobbesMkii:disqus Certainly a futuristic concept, but a scary one nonetheless. Probably not too difficult to find a team of highly educated cardiologists in the Arab world, and like you said…the money is the easy part.

It looked like Harrison was actually about to talk during that scene, but they cut to a different shot before he did. It's like they so regret his plot ever occurred that if he speaks, they have to admit he's an actual character, not just a plot point.
