I actually found my previous legal job of 4 years on Craigslist.  I was half-sure it was a scam, but it turned out to be a legit job in a federal office.  I was quite surprised.

I agree with @avclub-3be42d8a3412057f79af152555e39bd4:disqus.  "Would you like to go out for coffee sometime?" is the universal signal for I LIKE YOU without being too creepy or obvious.  It's a good first step toward an actual date.
