I was only introduced to biscuits and gravy recently, in my 30s, but it's become my go-to diner breakfast. I've never tried it at a chain place, but our local diner makes a fabulous version. Probably the worst thing in the world for you, but eh.

Oh, right, I forgot to add "chicken wings" as my #1 unhealthy food. I'm from upstate NY, so I just assume they're an essential component of life. They're like mother's milk to people here (sometimes literally).
