Same here. Also, cheese is the #1 reason I will never be able to go vegan. (Much more so than meat).

I wasn't as much of a cheese enthusiast when I lived in the UK a few years ago as I am now. Now I'm kicking myself over my missed cheese opportunities…

We just got a Trader Joe's here, and I am beyond thrilled at their fabulous cheese selection. (And it's way less expensive than our regular grocery store).

Sounds delicious! I usually make "rich roll cookies" out of the Joy of Cooking, which are almost 100% butter. I have to make about 10 dozen because they're extremely popular in the family.

I'm addicted to Wegmans macaroni and cheese, which is the grocery store chain in my area. They sell it prepared (rather than in a box), but I doubt it's any better for you than the Kraft variety. It's a mound of cheesy, delightful goodness.

I had fried cheese (maybe halloumi?) at a Greek restaurant once. Oh man, was that good. I could eat that every day forever.

The noodles are pretty good for you if you don't add the sauce packet. I usually just make the noodles, toss some veggies in, and add some soy sauce or Sriracha. It's tasty and far less likely to give you a stroke.
