Saved the Bell is a fantastic example, although to skew I few years younger, I'm going to toss "He-Man" at y'all.  That was awful.  And I had all of the action figures and everything.

I taught that kid that plays Seamus.  He was a nice enough kid, although as a child actor there was a bit of a disconnect between himself and reality.
