I would have rated this a C, especially coming on the heels of "Message Received." Some additional questions:

Is anyone else cringing at the "Luke is becoming a poonhound" storylines this season given, um, the strong signals Nolan Gould is sending to the world about his orientation? It's like when "Who's The Boss?" tried to keep giving Danny Pintauro girlfriends in high school, or when the writers of "Caroline in the City"

I wouldn't ascribe any meaning to Don's "I feel completely at ease." Megan's flamboyantly gay (but, true to the era, obviously closeted) agent assured Don that he didn't have to worry about Megan spending so much time with him, that no affair was going on. Don, clearly not threatened by this guy, since this guy

Kate Winslet was a wedding announcement writer in "The Holiday." Tina Fey was an executive at an organic grocery company in "Baby Mama." (Both would support the otherwise flimsy evidence presented for #10 and #11 here.)
