I use "alot" knowing full well it is not considered a proper word, because I think it should be. "a lot" doesn't look right to me, and "alot" is in common usage, so it is only through the irrational uptightness of pedants that "alot" hasn't been accepted as a perfectly logical contraction.

yeah, but that's not what resolutions are supposed to be about. for one thing, if you frequent this site at all, then clearly you have an appreciation for pop culture, and pretty much always on the lookout for ways to broaden your horizons within it. that's pretty much a given. and yeah, lists are helpful to help
