Aw, that's Tahmoh Penikett! He's dreamy.

I never saw Homicide, but he brings back warm, fuzzy Journeyman memories…ah, bitterness.

Why is it necessary to attack the people who enjoy a show? If you don't like the show, you can say so. There are clearly plenty of people here who agree, to varying degrees. But coming right out of the gate to call those of us who found watching Firefly to be a pleasurable experience "psychos", "Scientologists",

"Dushku is excellent at… looking good, and that's about it. I imagine she does pretty well in the role of "blank slate", however."

Immortality? Meh.
So, Anders just sort of flew by the revelation that the Earthlings chose to give up resurrection at some point in their past. That seems like a pretty big thing, to let go of eternal life. I hope they get a chance to explore that a little more at some point, although I doubt it.

Isn't Baltar's spiel, at least of late, more like Cavil's? Don't blame yourself, blame your maker?

I thought this was the funniest Jim's been in a while. I so prefer when he has to deal with frustrating situations then when he just sits around looking contemptuous of stuff.

Robosaurus, y'all. Breathes fire.

Yeah, now that I've seen the photo on a better screen, that's crazy intentional. It actually looks like Faraday was resting his foot on something, and it was all removed. His leg is at a weird angle.

No, the implication is that the jumps are happening more closely together (like labor pains), and that they are causing increasing levels of discomfort. Also, the longer your relationship with the island goes back (or maybe the more time you spent there), the worse and more quickly you are afflicted.

Michael and Jin's relationship was my favorite odd-couple pairing. Michael's ability to sort of understand Jin was a lot of fun to watch (and not as hard to believe as Jin's current fluency).

The only thing that bugs me about the compass is that eventually it has to fall apart, since its own timeline is infinite. Or maybe that's the way to get stuff that lasts - give it to yourself in the past.

The problem I have with Daniel being the instigator is that, based on what we've been told, he's locked into the same time loops as everyone else. He's always gone through the time jumps, he's always been the one who knows about time travel, so what made him tell Des this time? There should be nothing that could

I think Hurley's situation pretty much sums up religious debate. If you're island-igious, you believe that Hurley was supposed to get on that plane, and that the sheer unlikelihood of his surmounting so many obstacles to get on that plane proves it. If you're more of a free will type, you might see it like

My major concern when Charlotte was getting worse was "does this mean Miles is going to die?" Charlotte managed to make no impression on me at all.

It had never occurred to me that Cindy was an Undercover Other. It still hasn't really…that doesn't really make sense to me, particularly since she landed with all the Tailie losers who clearly meant nothing to the island. Interesting thought, though.

Why, Yummsh? I'm not following you.

Well, there does seem to be something going on with most of their fathers, although I think most of it is ascribable to JJ's bad-dads motif.

Please, no missing feet! I just finished "The Time-Traveler's Wife" on the bus this morning, I can't take it.

How much does Ben know about Faraday? He knew about the freighter, but is "Faraday's mom" likely to be a major trigger for him? I thought his reaction was just a "filing away" moment - putting the information together and storing it in his rat-trap of a brain for later. I didn't see it as a big deal, though.
