Like many other commenters, I was not a fan of this episode, though as someone else mentioned, the tossed off conversations with Jeff were pretty great. ("I lost my virginity in that building! Great Jones and Lafayette!")

Oh, yeah. And "Eddie Walker," too. Okay, I take it back. NAKED BABY PHOTOS A BARGAIN AT TWICE THE PRICE.

Yeah, I picked up that Lounge-a-Palooza CD just for the "She Don't Use Jelly" cover. Pretty great, though the Steve and Eydie version of "Black Hole Sun" is also worth the cost of admission.

I may be one of the few people who actually paid money for Naked Baby Photos, but "For Those of Y'all Who Wear Fanny Packs" still makes me laugh.

I was hoping for more than just a direct retelling of the Eschaton chapter (minus the head-through-monitor bit). Felt a little too straightforward to me — like, pairing the song and the video didn't really bring anything more to either one. Felt a little flat to me.

Beautiful episode
Plot aside…some particularly great locations, camera angles and editing this week. The panoramic wide shot of the windmill as Mike's car pulls up to the abandoned farmhouse (or whatever that was) was gorgeous. Loved the time lapse stuff too — sometimes the gimmicky stuff feels a little precious but I

Divisive episode, I guess. Did not expect this thread to turn so vitriolic.

Worst episode of the season
Hard to believe the positive comments about this episode so far. First of all, the whole thing was built on a false premise: that it was somehow Ricky's fault that he got an expensive bottle of wine. It was the waiter's fault. No way Ricky would have or should have known the gift was so

Great piece.
Really enjoyed this Very Special Episode. I usually find this column a lot more interesting if I've actually seen the episode in question, or know the show very well. I was pretty much in the sweet spot age-wise for "Land of the Lost," and I KNOW I watched it, but I couldn't remember anything about it
