I thought it was good.  B&K and the Mindy Project actually gave me the opposite experiences I was anticipating: this was, as the co-reviews said, a solid, complete episode, and MP felt a little like sketch comedy.

I'm assuming that since Fancy Man sent his daughter to her school, it was a private school.  Maybe Jess trying to pull a Dangerous Minds in the LA public school system will be a story arc.  I can already see the guys doing a rendition of Gangster's Paradise.

It was funny because it was so brief.  Sometimes people mistake funny for good, because the point of this show is to make you laugh.  The point of Weekend Update Thursday, on the other hand, appears to be to boost The Big Bang Theory's already impressive ratings.
