The Orson Welles version of "The Trial"? Any good?

That bullet crushed his skull like a green snake under a sugarcane truck. God rest his zombie bones.

That Ben Gardner scene in Jaws still gets me. I know it's coming and it still gets me. Best PG movie ever?

Never mind. I guess he didn't stay dead.

I know it's geeky but…
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan/ Star Trek III: The Search for Spock?

No way! When I saw EWS I had a heart attack and died. No one performed cpr or anything. Small world.

ET, you're obviously the expert here, but I'd have to say an exploration of power/sex seems to fit much better with what I know of Kubrick. A look into a troubled marriage? Meh.

Honi and Doc Manhattan, I'm with you on this one. The hopeful interpretation of that line seems out of keeping with most of Kubrick's work.

What they need is a little comic strip called "Love Is." It's about two naked eight-year-olds who are married.

*Tom Cruise walks out.*

Tuck, I'm sorry to hear that about your job. I hope things pick up for you soon.

Snape, Lou's is indeed the shit, although I don't get up that far North too often. My college dorm room was literally a stone's throw from the Che. Woot! While we're on the subject of music I should mention the Casbah and Belly Up. Both awesome. And we do have the surfing and excellent Mexican food.

And San Diego is the second largest city in California…but we never get any attention…boo hoo hoo.

Unless this whole Decider thing catches on big time, LA is probably the closest I'll get, what with living in San Diego. So, yay Decider only 100 miles from me!

Agreed Snape. The slick production values of this Taste Test belied the truly revolting subject matter.

He grifted TheChang but good.

I know what you mean. I said to myself…hmmm…entry level…do I dare to dream?

PeterF, I agreed with you, until I read this (it's in the link to deatils about the Tarantino fight)

Danrimage,

Turns out Polanski was hiding out in the Technodrome!
