Oh most definitely, I live in SoCal so there is an over abundance of Pho restaurants but they don't hold a candle to the broth my mom makes—efforts to get her to write down a recipe have been futile. However, there are one or two places that I do tend to eat at just to get a fix.

You are in for a treat if you ever find yourself at a place that serves a legit bowl of pho. And a little pro-tip for vegetarians/vegans, Buddhist temples have the best food.
