I am disappointed that this video did not feature a bunch of white people horribly mangling the pronunciation of Vietnamese food items. I guess I'll get that schadenfreude from my friends.

I'm always suspicious of Vietnamese restaurants that are super clean and pristine, like they're hiding something beneath the surface. Maybe it's because my county has such shitty health codes when it comes to restaurants but I always like a little dinginess with my hole in the wall places.

I think with this bit of product placement, we have reached peak Draft Kings/Fanduel saturation.

YOU'RE NOT MY SUPERVISOR!

You could argue that both characters are wrapped up in their own personal bubble.*

And then he'll host an after-show called Talking Talk where he will have a post-mortem on his appearances, of course there will be a panel of guests to help with the discussion.

I…I'd actually read that.

I have faith in this, Coates has cited Christopher Priest and Jonathan Hickman's portrayals of the character—and lets not forget he's a great writer as well. I am hopeful his characterization of Black Panther will come close to what those two did than what Reginald Hudlin churned out.

Alex Hirsch said on Twitter the episode is a one-off story that's not tied to continuity. The next episode is where shit goes down, although it looks like we'll have to wait three weeks to see it.

I would've called the prison something more snappy like The SPHINXter.

Oh those silly French people, so full of love.
