Like… I really don't like Katherine Heigl. But she doesn't deserve the shit she's getting.

X-Men: Apocalypse is the first superhero movie in a ridiculously long time that I didn't see in theaters. Not because I was boycotting, I just didn't care.
I have. I thought he was bland and did nothing that Daniel Day-Lewis didn't do better twenty-five years earlier. I think he's a tremendously overrated actor.
Oh shit! I change my answer to La La Land.
I am really looking forward to that movie, even though they didn't cast Kelsey Grammer as Cogsworth, even though he is FUCKING PERFECT FOR THDBSHFHCFHF
(not the Denzel Washington movie)
Roman Polanski- Commits rape; later wins Oscar.
Katherine Heigl- Is kind of a bitch; Blackballed
makes sure to watch this later
Some people are saying that Trump is intentionally trying to lose, but I think that's giving him too much credit. He's just that bad, you guys.
I want to be really excited for that movie, but every time I remember it stars Muppet Voice Redmayne I become only moderately excited.
Yeah, I'm torn about whether or not I want to see The Birth of a Nation in theaters. I probably will because I enjoy seeing all the Best Picture nominees before the ceremony, and it seems like a contender… I just won't be happy about it.
Robert Redford was okay in…
It's Thursday! Thursday! Gonna Debate Club on Thursday! Hey everyone! As the summer slowly wanes and Oscar season slowly approaches, I thought I'd ask the question: What upcoming film are you most excited for? Could be a blockbuster, could be an Oscar film; whatever!
FUCK YES IT COUNTS.
My dad used to work for Enterprise Rent-a-Car at the SeaTac airport, and so he would meet celebrities on occasion. One of his best stories was about the time Sean Penn came in and spent an hour or so talking to everyone.
The film version is ok, but it suffers as a result of being a direct adaptation of the book. I'm not even remotely a football fan, but the book is one of my favorite books of all time. The movie really fails at capturing what makes the book great, but it's a good movie in its own right.
While it's true that De Niro's career hasn't been going so well lately, let's not forget that relatively recently he delivered an astonishing supporting performance in a beloved romantic comedy. He was funny, heartbreaking, and more than little kooky. Honestly, I'm still miffed that he didn't win more awards for it.
Hey everyone! Slightly belated Debate Club here, delayed becaause of the Olympics. Speaking of, today's Debate asks- What is your favorite representation of sports in media (TV, movies, whatever)?
So first Star Wars, then Moana, now a live-action remake…
It's not fair! I had time! The time I had was yuuuuuuuuuge!
