Naked Gun is like the perfect alignment of the stars for Leslie Nielsen, since he sarved a niche that no one will ever attempt to replicate and could never attempt to duplicate. The only way a parody movie could ever work again would be to cast a bunch of serious actors in real comedic roles and have a script that

He'd ask them if they'd like to go for a ride, then beat them up in a field to the music of Roy Orbison, if I had to wager.

I had the same issue when I watched it about 4 years ago. It's strange for me to ever get used to serious actor Leslie Nielsen, but dammit, if the sign of a great actor is to deliver comedy with a straight face, he, Lloyd Bridges and Peter Graves were probably the best damn veterans of the craft.

Even though I think the idea of another Rock Band is Fun, I'm still one of those guys asking for Electric Light Orchestra. I need Keyboard gameplay for "Evil Woman" and "Mr. Blue Sky". It's the only thing I'm asking for, and you'll have another customer!

I'd rather slice my eyeball with a razor blade then listen to "I Miss You" for an hour, let alone 10.

"That was a Blaupunkt! You owe me a Blaupunkt!" may have been one of several lines that broke me, and the next scene with him pulling the duct taped radio out of the car made the movie for me.

Paul Thomas Anderson admitted that he likes Adam Sandler movies as they make him laugh when he feels down. Who am I to tell the director of Boogie Nights/Punch Drunk Love/There Will be Blood that his taste in movies is kind of weird?

Methinks you took that "God is watching you" thing a little too far.

Has the internet unanimously written "The Dalek" and other Doctor Who themed sexual positions into the Kama Sutra yet?
They haven't?
"EX-TER-MI-NATE!"

"Affirmative!"

That part where Renee Zellweger breaks a chicken's neck certainly aroused something in me during that movie. Probably laughter.

Would you mind if I make like Sam Smith and borrow "Spiderweb Shadows Against the November Sky" from you for a song I'm thinking of writing?

Klaatu Barada… N *coughs* CancerAIDS! *coughs*
Okay then, that's it!

Brutal Legend was one of those games I had to play twice, and I would call it one of my favorite games of the last decade, and possibly of all time. I just loved the universe, the gameplay, the difficulty (I beat it on the hardest difficulty, and the finish was so satisfying). It remains my personal favorite Tim

Once they implemented Trophies into MGS 4, I stopped caring about it, but if you can, push through the rest of the game, it's actually a pretty satisfying conclusion.

LA Noire was one of those games I happily played through at least twice, and I LOVED it. I have my issues with the ending, but the game pulls enough great stuff out of its hat that I don't regret playing it.

After Fear Fun, I'm just glad that I found out he released a new album this year, which makes me happy. Admittedly, "Nancy from Now On" was an anthem for me for about a half a year, but it was still a fantastic album, witty and dark and enjoyable throughout. I'll have to give this a listen.

Hey! Listen! It might be worth watching. If they cancel Marco Polo and put the budget into this, it may be kind of awesome. I would really like it.

Dream Casting:

If it were a Siskel and Ebert style TV Show, it might work, it would just need a lot of filler in the form of Video Game Sketch comedy.
