I never really dated before the relationship that took up almost half my life to date, so it's something I've had to learn to do in my early 30s, with a very different landscape due to technology.

Yeah, but I also know that's bullshit. It's possible to be single and happy, I know being in a crumbling relationship and being happy is not really possible. Grass is greener and all that.
I'm a bit in awe and envy of the people who can date casually!
That's curiously like my last relationship in some ways, although when we were together we could talk like we'd never been strangers really openly (and hey, she was a Savage Love fan, which is a good sign!)
I never got the clingy/interested divide, but I get major anxiety during dating to the point I'm an absolute mess during it and get convinced a message reply taking more than an hour is the end. Why is it bad that this guy seems to like you when you seem to enjoy each other's company?
I have to say, I'm guilty of listening to/reading Dan and thinking 'I wish I had that problem' at times :/
I saw it in the cinema and slid off my chair in joy. My girlfriend at the time just patted me on the head.
I saw Ghostwatch aged 9 when it was first shown. It was horrifying.
How did Frasier get girlfriends? Just copy what he did.
New Vegas was a better game, but the setting never quite satisfied as much as FO3. I live in civilisation, at the time, I thought a break from it would be nice. It was the Fallout brand's selling point to me.
It's interesting how theatrical a lot of nu-metal acts were too. If boybands gave us a bunch of archetypes, dressed up in ridiculous clothing, nu-metal at the very least matched them.
It was rough. I started getting into music properly at the time and graviated towards nu-metal because there wasn't really much other option apparent for someone who was new at music.
I doubt it, but it's a strange feeling to see a show that's so iconic to a generation of British viewers being reduced to a cheap joke like that. I mean, that's Peter Kay's act!
I genuinely thought you were going to cover Bullseye. My heart fluttered and then crashed with a leaden thump when you blithely dismissed it.
IGNORE ME!
I had never heard of Skeletonwitch untilI saw them support The Black Dahlia Murder. I'm not even huge on metal, but they were great. I bought their 'Forever Abomination' record that night and the sleeve kind of smells of someone's garage. I like it that way. It fits. This track isn't on there, though.
