Bryan Cranston IS the IRL Jake Morgendorffer. I've been saying that since his Malcolm in the Middle days. Casting fail.

This makes me sad, because it bums me out to think of anyone not getting along with Bun E. Carlos. I mean, look at the guy. He looks like that, and his name is "Bun E." There's no way he's not awesome. I imagine him like an IRL human version of Jake from Adventure Time.

I guess you're right that it is "Bye," but I always heard that line as "Hi Daddy, I'm dying," which was even funnier.
I had no idea this was coming out, but I'm glad I do now. Hart is just a massively underrated guy all around. Mould gets tons of press, especially lately, while Hart remains pretty much known only to Husker Du fans, and that is too bad. I prefer Hart's Husker Du songs ten times out of ten.
I'm the same way. Every Morrissey article that comes down the pike I am just amazed and aghast at the level of vitriol in the comments. I come to this site and I think I'm surrounded by ostensibly smart, cool, perceptive people who see the world something like the way I do, and then I read comments on a Morrissey…
"Fuck you!"
I'd love to go to this, but I don't know if I'll be able to with the price of tickets going through the fucking roof.
What kind of comment is this? Where are the jokes about how he's "miserable" and "depressing" that people who've never heard his music love to make? Where are the homophobic insults that are inexplicably tolerated when they're directed toward Morrissey? Where are the "racism" accusations based on selective mishearing…

Um, I don't know what world you're living in, but he "joined those ranks" a long time ago. He's one of the greatest directors of all time.
I love this show, but I have to say, reading this whole review followed by this one lone comment was fucking hilarious.
I don't know what's wrong with me that I struggled so hard to understand what this comment meant because I originally read "M60" as "Móo." I was like "What the fuck is Móo? How do you even pronounce that? Moh-oh?"
I struggled to see what you meant until I realized you were talking about the picture in this news item, where I can totally see what you mean.
Well, it's not like the band has made a big deal about it in their album titles or anything.
Look, seriously, I am so not that guy who snarks on women's appearances and I don't intend this comment to be that, but that picture of Skyler seriously caught me off guard. She looks 20 years older than last season. Is this a flash-forward or something? I thought it was Holland Taylor at first.
He still has his moments, but TBS basically markets his show as a package deal with Big Bang reruns. "Hey folks! Get your 'nerd' humor! They're gonna use big words and embody 30-year-old nerd stereotypes, and then Conan is gonna do that thing where he's wearing the imaginary glasses! Can you believe it? Nerds!"
"Second-rate Gilmore Girls" is kind of a moot point, since barely any shows are as good as GG was at its peak, so it's hard to make a qualitative assessment from that.
Yeah, this is weird. I just hope moving to TBS doesn't do for American Dad what it did for Conan.
