And excel spreadsheets

how dare you, Get Behind me Satan is amazing

either way I'm out

Hell yeah, I didn't love Blunderbuss (or Icky Thump if I'm being honest) but Lazaretto surprised me with how good it was.

Gork was only like the fifth best band out of Adams, MA and really fell off once they learned how to play a chord

hmmm I suppose I can't argue with that

Lord do I wish my body would let me do this

Not a fan, but they're probably fun to see live - especially if you haven't paid for the tickets. I love horns, and I love (some) punk/emo but anything approaching ska just dies for me.

You have to know those are two different things than what is happening here. There's the undoubtedly real issue of female musicians, even with a long list of accomplishments, not being taken at face value because they do not conform to what women music should like to people - and - a fan of Bjork having a laugh, cheap

This is misguided, I'm sorry. Bjork is an amazing artist with incredible consistency in producing great albums over a very long career. A career that has included an in-on-the-joke Space Ghost appearance, a swan dress and a music video where she is married to a cat that becomes life sized.

Well, yeah, but so what? Shit is dumb all the time

I genuinely do not see what your issue here is. Bjork is a weirdo. People love Bjork because she makes great music and doesn't give a shit if she comes off as a weirdo, and she clearly embraces it.

I have no doubt O'Neal loves the shit out of Bjork and is correctly having fun

I love musicals and goofy improv and the two hosts have a real good feel for making up songs that go beyond just a few lines - I'm kind of in heaven honestly.

Like but not love is how I feel about Archandroid, the songs I love on it I really love, but the ones I don't I just kind of ignore. Electric Lady is just stacked for me top to bottom

They were described once to me, when I was younger and others descriptions would stick to me, as dance music made by people that hate dance music - and then it sort of colored my listening experience with them and I never got past Made in the Dark

I realized this morning that the new Purity Ring song, Asido, is… As I Do and not a fake word.

Here's my safe place since no one will ever remember this comment, when its eventually buried by everything else……… I do not like Big Fish Theory at all. Maybe I need to give it a few more tries, but Summertime 06 got my immediately and this one just sounds meh.

Man, I love two of those albums. Hot Chip… I kind of fell out of completely.

OH BOY I CAN'T WAIT TO RUSH INTO THE COMMENTS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT TYPO—dammit, Sean
