The thing about Alyssa is, that she's very genuine. Her dopiness isn't an act - sure, she plays it up when in drag, but it's an integral part of her personality. And out of drag she comes across as a really sweet person.

I have to say, I'm not a Tati fan, but that "Choices." was absolute perfection.

SNL have regularly been doing a character based on the cool girl stereotype on Weekend Update.. which basically means you're really out of the loop.

I really liked the first season of Slings & Arrows, but felt it got progressively weaker as seasons progressed, the characters becoming more and more like caricatures.

They all played the political game as it's supposed to be played. The horrible, insane thing about Trump is, he ONLY plays that game during talkshow appearances.

Now, look at Trump's track record as you describe it, and realise he did that without even actually being in power..!

It really isn't. It's a convenient, easy out. It makes everything they say or do instantly toothless. And it's kind of amazing how many people think it's this radical thing.

The last couple of seasons the guest judges have been getting weaker and weaker (some exceptions nonwithstanding - Amy and David Sedaris were fantastic). Guest judges used to be real little surprises (Henry Rollins!).. now we get fucking Nicole Sherzinger..? Jeeeesus…
