Sondheim is always fantastic, and Sweeny Todd is in my opinion his masterpiece. Everything about it just works for me. I don't want to say that you're wrong if you think something else is better, but you're wrong. Except maybe Sunday in the Park With George.

@avclub-d6537db628c8624dd41cdf68e445b71b:disqus That's why I stay away from The Office comments section. That place is fucking miserable.

This though. People who say this stuff seem to be missing one of the most important facets of the Flaming Lips as a band, that has been there from the beginning. The Soft Bulletin through At War With The Mystics was the exception to their weird experimentation, not the norm.

If you haven't given it a chance, Heady Fwends is pretty phenomenal. If you enjoyed Embryonic, there's no reason you won't find something to like on it. It's a shame that release didn't get too much attention, because it pretty much is the proper follow up to that album, and collects 3 or of the best of their year of

Their Heady Fwends record store day package was phenomenal though. It basically a damn good follow up to Embryonic, and had really gorgeous packaging, and one of a kind records.

I also can't justify paying that much, especially when I own just about all of these songs on precious releases…

They Might Be Giants too!

I was there!!! It was awesome!!!

Also, it should have gotten nods for Makeup and Hair, Costume Design, Score, and Adapted Screenplay. Say what you will about the story and directing itself, but they adapted an unadaptable novel successfully, and the costumes and makeup helped turn six actors into almost two dozen separate and distinct characters

There was just a bunch of weird misogynist  type shit going down there,

Intolerable Cruelty is nowhere near the weakest Coen film. That distinction goes to The LadykillersIntolerable Cruelty is actually a pretty hilarious/bitter take on the romantic comedy genre with some of their best screwball dialogue. So there.

I picked Luke. Because I really liked Star Wars. Then I spent the whole Confirmation process trying really hard to convince everyone with any authority that I did not pick it because of Star Wars, and actually felt a deep spiritual connection to that saint. It worked.

That's it. We can call it a day now. Shut it down.
