I'm a little amazed at how much the average commenter here seems to know about gymnastics. Is this a function of every Games' coverage focusing on it because the US is good at it, or is it simply that much huger a deal in the States and everyone knows all the different types of event and how they work?

So… should I give this show a look-in, then? I saw a couple of negative reviews when it started that put me off it, plus I was busy at the time, but has it improved? Can someone give me a back-of-a-postcard summary of what's good about it?
