I don't think Neal is the ultimate hero of the show, though my love for Matt Bomer knows few bounds and I definitely rate his acting higher than Kenny (used to - I haven't noticed him be so harsh lately).

I agree with the B+: whilst the episode hit all the points I was hoping for, particularly Neal being willing to turn himself in, they were often a little underserved compared to sillier moments or overly dramatic shots of pigeons.
