4Chan will get you for those raindrops if you don't protect your kittens!

"….. Martha….."

Also these parents are the kind of people for which music is just another background noise in their lives. Kidzbop is just slightly less annoying then their progeny's whining.

It's what plants crave!

There is a large segment of the population in the south that is proud of its ignorance - they deem it "Country Wise" because they are smart enough not to step in cow shit but they have zero interest in discovering anything new (things they might of learned past the third grade) about the world. They enjoy watching

Elton also put out a 4 CD boxset in 1990 called "To Be Continued…" and this was before his "Lion King" resurgence. I don't think I ever listened to any but the first two CD's more than once (which covers up to Captain Fantastic) though.

The funniest comment I read this morning was "The American accents didn't work because it takes place in Austria, English accents would have been much better".

…and everyone would be watching it through the screens of their phones while they filmed it to post on facebook later.

No shit - you adjust the EQ in my car & you are gonna be ridding home in the trunk!

Maybe he was… I'm convinced that Beethoven was reincarnated as Brian Wilson.

That's because people with normal hearing can only take Mercer's voice that long before their eardrums start to bleed.

The AV Club:

Karen Carpenters voice has soul… a pure voice without any of the trills and vibrato tricks many "singers" use & it comes across so melancholy. She could have sang Happy Birthday to me and it would probably just make me sad. And yes, the arrangements & songs for the most part are pretty boring.

"Death is not a popularity contest," - maybe so but you have to admit grave sites sure are.

He's no Velvet Fog that's for sure…

You may be thinking of Milton Berle or Eddie Albert (at least that's what my ex-wife claims)

His Leroy Brown is decent enough - love the barking in the end.

The "Speed" episode is the only one I ever saw… I should check out some more as that one was pretty good.

The jam at the end of Working Man from that album is crazy sloppy madness (nice to see Rush let it all hang out) & I love it!

His bass playing on Something is sublime.
