When I feel this world is Hell - It is friends and family that make it worthwhile surviving. But to live I need the Arts to make my life fullfilled and to relate my condition to those that live here also. Critics like Ebert have truelly helped me form opinions and recognize what Art can accomplish and why it speaks to

I like to file this song under what I call "Boyfriend Rock" - as in, "Girl, He's no good for you but I know how to treat you right."

Didn't the singer also create the Hipster Beard look?

I would include Animals from '77 in there but then two of the songs (Dogs & Sheep) were written before '75.

Movies I've seen on acid that blew my mind: The Wall, Brazil, Texasville, Waxworks (those last two help solidify your theory).

Old people… Ha!

The Song Remains the Same & THC: Fall asleep for Jimmy's fantasy sequence, wake up for the drum solo…

@Eldan - I fell out of bed last month (it actually felt like someone pushed me but I was alone) - It seemed like it took me forever to get back in bed instead of just continuing the attempt to sleep on the floor.

It was good enough for Bob Marley… (Buffalo Soldiers borrows its melody)

Hey now, wait a minute! The Soul Patch does serve a purpose, originally it was grown by Jazz musicians to avoid the pain stubble can cause when playing a brass or reed instrument (or so they say) but if you don't play or aren't Frank Zappa, it can seem a bit silly.

Our local paper tried to convince us there was a Satanic Gang in town because cats were showing up decapitated (later attributed to coyotes) and some kid had spray painted "Saten Rules" by a storm drain (Yes, he spelt it wrong).

and if this works, his next adaptation will be Beelzebub's Tales to His Grandson.

Don't forget the farting horse!

Her Grandpa did get to second base.

I got The Wall for X-Mas from my parents in 79 (Pink Floyd was my favorite band back then & maybe still today) and though I dont listen to it much anymore, Gilmours chiming guitars in Run Like Hell still give me a Christmasy feeling…

I tried that "group to group" search in Jr. High and High School but really found that the "Stoners" were the one group that was most accommodating. Then getting expelled as a Junior and sent to a Continuation School where there were no clicks - just a lot of losers brought together by "getting in trouble" - ended up

Can is the best! - Though lately I have been giving Ash Ra Tempel a try.
