Wait - instead of 'friends', a la MySpace, you have followers? FOLLLOWERS? What are you, some kind of prophet?

Well written Zack and very touching. Late adolesence is definitely a time where you can feel half drawn and unsure of the ground beneath your feet. Who the fuck are you at that age? It all feels like on long painful audition.

For those who haven't seen it Phillippe is pretty damned good in StopLoss

Never heard back after you saw Last of the Mohicans Z. What did you make of it?

Girlfriend is pretty fucking great.

The Knack
This:

I'm with you Doc. Called to mind the great scores from the Spaghetti Westerns for me.

Preach on ZMF. Way of the Gun is fucking great.

Your are completely right Capitalist Pig - that is the great Geoffrey Lewis and a fantastic introduction to his character. He ends up slowly bleeding out from a bellyshot while keeping watch on the Mexican whorehouse.

"Skullfucking" is common parlance among drill sergeants - believe me.

Disagree. Lewis is excellently cast in this - and don't forget her great turn in Cape Fear.

I'll second that Dude. The chase with the mini cooper in Identity was pretty kickass. The chase in Ultimatum was pretty great as well and ended up with everyone smashed and bleeding. Always a plus.

Son of a Bitch ruined the end of Steel Magnolias. Son of a Bitch.

What?

Esophageal Cancer
Sounds like it would lead to a miserable painful death. RIP Ron Silver.

Jon Voight starred in Deliverance, The Champ, & Midnight Cowboy. Whatever shenanigans he's up to today he still gets a lifetime pass from me.

"Watch Clark. Watch 'im close. Ya hear me?"

Two words - Blue Steel

The Way of the Gun!
One week and counting. I look forward to the article.
