God damn this show is good. I can't wait to see what wacky hijinx Mischa and Henry get into next season. Henry can introduce him to the fine art of American video games.

I really thought that we'd get Henry brought into the fold this season, at least to some extent. You know he's going to have to figure SOMETHING out eventually and I expected that to happen in the finale. Nope!

I like "Thinking Out Loud" quite a bit, probably because I only discovered it was by Ed Sheeran after I had heard it a few times. I'm not usually about gratuitously hating pop stars but holy shit do I find Ed Sheeran intolerable as a stage presence and celebrity. Go back to the fucking Shire!

I saw a version of "Coexist" where all of the letters were made out of guns, because it was an NRA bumper sticker.

I wish I had a band with my sisters specifically so I could enjoy firing them.

Clueless, all day every day. Alicia Silverstone and Paul Rudd make me swoon.

I loved this show as a kid; I can still distinctly remember what the title card looked like on my old TV screen. I remember the Aladdin TV series also being pretty good, though I'm pretty sure Iago magically became a good guy so they could have an excuse to keep him around.

Johnny Depp was notorious for drunken, violent behavior back in his day—trashing hotel rooms, etc. It's not a stretch to believe that someone with a history of violent behavior could continue to be violent. Not to mention that every abuser is a non-abuser right up until the point where they start abusing someone.

Not a dude, but keep going!!!

Keep fucking that chicken, buddy.

Yeah, exactly this—cops certainly have massive issues with regards to dealing with domestic violence, but I don't think one of their issues is indiscriminately arresting people based on flimsy accusations.

Gone Girl as a point of comparison for real life events makes my blood run cold. It always reminds me of an argument I got into with a kid my freshman year of high school who insisted that people are inherently bad, because look what happens in Lord of the Flies. Oh, you mean that noted work of fiction?

It was yesterday! There were a lot of people getting very close to, "but if feminism is real why can't I hit women??????????" territory.

Amber Heard is doing every single thing that we tell women they need to do in the face of abusers and she is still getting dragged through the mud for it, but I am in awe of her. It takes a lot of strength and I have gained an immense amount of respect for her.

A cultural figure so imposing that as a kid I didn't realize that he was an actual person and not just some kind of folk hero. RIP.

Of Montreal was a band that I got WAY into as a teenager and even though my love has fallen somewhat by the wayside, Kevin Barnes's stark and honest lyrics about mental illness and depression were very comforting to me when nothing else was.

Silicon Valley would like to have a word with you.

I'm probably going to. A friend of mine had a professor send out an e-mail instructing students to LEAVE the lockdown to come and take their final, so amazingly I didn't even have the worst person on campus to steward me through the crisis.

Now that I know that there was never an actual risk of a mass shooting I'm pretty much totally fine, but it was HIGHLY stressful in the moment.

Rolfe, so never in any actual danger, but it was still very surreal seeing tons of SWAT guys running around with their guns out while my professor wouldn't even let us stop to try to figure out how to lock the door.
